• All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities purchased per order, per account, or per address.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Vogue Bagz. We may accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation email. We may cancel all or part of an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or policy breaches. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.

5. Payments & Billing

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods supported by our checkout (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).
• By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information is accurate.
• All transactions are processed via encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. Vogue Bagz does not store full card details.
• Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping, Handling & Risk of Loss

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Standard handling time is 1–2 business days, and typical delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch. 7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Certain items (e.g., final sale, damaged through misuse) may be ineligible for return.
