1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final amount — we’ll take care of the rest.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your payment is confirmed, our fulfillment team carefully prepares and packages your items for shipment. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or product launches, processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number and carrier details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is typically between 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s network. We work closely with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking link to monitor your delivery’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Delivery Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are actively exploring global fulfillment options and hope to expand our delivery network soon.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and keep you updated on the status. If your order cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be issued as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Vogue Bagz cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Packaging & Presentation

Every order is packed with care in our signature Vogue Bagz packaging, designed to protect your handbag and provide an elevated unboxing experience. Each shipment includes protective wrapping, authenticity details, and product care instructions.

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we will no longer be able to make changes.
