At Vogue Bagz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we create goes through detailed inspection and quality checks to meet our brand standards. However, if you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We provide a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging materials.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout
- Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
3. Return Eligibility Criteria
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and authenticity materials must be included.
- The item must be returned in its original protective box or bag.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please contact our support team at info@voguebagz.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping for all eligible items within the United States. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Please make sure to ship your item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@voguebagz.com.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately after delivery with images of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
10. Processing Time
All refund requests are processed within 7 business days after the returned item passes our inspection. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
